Shipping & Delivery

Packaging:

We use only standardised methods for packing (Bubble wraps, plastic wrap, carton, celo tape).

Quality check is done before the product is loaded for shipping.

We use only our vehicles for transportation as we want to assure safe delivery.

The delivery guys are responsible to unload each product into your place with safety precautions.

If need be of installation to any product they will ensure to install before leaving your premises.

We request the customer to check the product as it arrives for any damage during shipping.

The damage should be reported within 4 days on customersupport@mayuriinternational.co.in accompanied by a photo of the same.

Delivery Network:

Although we want to have a wide network of cities that we can provide delivery to, we currently provide service to entire Bangalore. If you are not in Bangalore please write an email and we can further discuss if the service can be reached out to you. We are working on our delivery network and look forward to reach out to more customers.

Delivery Time:

  • Products are typically dispatched within a week of order confirmation.
  • We use our own network to transport and deliver all the products.
  • There may be days as exception that we are unable to deliver within the communicated delivery time due to situations that are out of our control, in cases like thesewe will get in touch with you about your shipment.
  • Having said that, we will put all our efforts to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated.

 

Shipping and Handling charges

Within a certain radius there are a few areas where delivery charges do not apply for details of delivery charges to your location, please punch in your pin code. The system will indicate whether we ship free or not.

Tracking an Order

We try our best to deliver your product before the stipulated time however, in rare cases if we are unable to we proactively call / email about your order. Currently there is no online mechanism to check the status of your order; however your order page will give you a description of your order status.

Necessary checks at time of delivery

Please do the steps below to avoid any inconvenience

  • For all seating products, sit on the item to ensure that the structure is stable with your weight on it.
  • For all products that involve assembly, please ensure that the delivery team assembles the product to your satisfactionPlease check on all external surfacesfor any unfinished looks.
  • If there is some dust or a lack of shine, the delivery team will apply a coat of wood polish or simply rub the surface with a cloth; this is an accepted industry-standard method.
  • The extent of polish of internal areas may not match with the extent of polish on external areas.

Hard wood products may expand slightly during the summer months because of which some drawers may get stuck. This is normal, and nothing to be worried about.

Once the product is delivered and our delivery team leaves your location, we will be able to only honor manufacturing defects and other fair usage breakages as outlined in the warranty policy.

 

Product damaged at time of delivery

  • We are proud of the quality control measures in place, but in a rare case if you receive a damaged product; please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. In case you notice an issue later, you can write to us at
  • After assessing the degree of the damage we will either repair the product, or offer you a replacement.

 

Order cancellations/ Replacement

Please note due to any reason that you wish to cancel the order we will not be able to process cancellation requests once the order is confirmed.

 

Cancellation Fee

Please note you will forfeit any transacted amount in case of a cancellation.
