Return / Replacement Policy

In the unlikely event you should want to return an item for reasons of damage or manufacturing defect we are pleased to offer all customers a 4 days No Questions Returns Policy. You have 4 days from receipt of your order in which to notify us if you want to return items for a refund or replacement. Write to us at customersupport@mayuriinternational.co.in and we’ll arrange for your items to be collected from your door.

Mayuri International online will deduct the cost of recovering goods from customers from the refund amount. The exact cost will be advised when you arrange your return.

The products have to be taken care of reasonably, as we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund for any loss in value of the products supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you. The products must be returned unused and in a saleable condition, and packaged in their original packaging or packaging of an equivalent standard.

When returning items please allow 6 days from the date of collection for your refund to be processed, we will send you an email to confirm when your refund has been processed. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
